I see what you mean. I was under the impression that gta3 was coming out after the contract ended, which sony would not control. Looked at the release dates and it is set to november 4 2003, not 2004. So i guess sony DID have a say in it. Im just glad that the xbox will have gta3 and vice city double pack, instead of 2 games. Rockstar would be nothing without Take2 Games, mwahahaha.
