Dreamcast Laser

I had this problem i just took the DC to pieces and adjusted the laser while it was running now everything runs fine !! be careful though as having the DC turned on with the case off you may get a shock as it's very tricky to adjust the laser while it's on.

I have noticed that my dreamcast has a hard time loading burned games. Is this because of my laser?? If so, where can i go to buy a new one?? Is anyone else having this problem??
