Yes, it seems that a game with that name really exists. It's funny, "Hidden Stroke" makes me think it's a game for cardiologists
 Aside from the bad name, it seems there doesn't exist a crack for the game yet. You can always try Alcohol120% to make an image of your original disc and run from that, other than that I don't think you'll find a crack.
