Don't use caps !
Of courses your files are in special formats : .CDI IS DiscJuggler format ! .NRG IS Nero format. These 2 files should be the one from the game you want to make selfboot, ie you should find ip.bin and 1st_read.bin (or 0winceo.bin) on your 18 Wheeler CD.
