A question I would have....
Is this a d/l or cracked version of Nero 6? This is the 3rd of 4th person I have seen with this type of problem and ALL of them have been using a pirated/cracked version of Nero 6.... I'm not saying that this is your problem.... I was just curious.... I use Nero 6 on a P4 2.26 with no problems at all and multi-task constantly....
