non-selfboot to selfboot

Could someone please tell me the EASIEST way to convert and burn a non-selfbooting game to a selfbooting game. In particular, Ready 2 Rumble Boxing.

Do I need to dummy a non-selfbooting game?
Do I have to dummy it once converted to selfbooting?
