If you're going to take it out, use some desoldering braid and get rid of the solder. Next, get two razor blades. When you come to solder a point on a chip, place the leg between the two blades and solder the point. This will prevent bridges. The main thing now though is to see if it still works. Take it out and redo it. It can happen with any mod install, except the crappy no-solder chips. Just try it again and if you still can't do it, send it to a pro to be installed or get a new pre-chipped console.
