You could send it to Chicago. I know you don't want to send it out, but you can try check out freedomlives.com . I couldn't find a installer locally that does M2 (Hawaii), so I sent my PS2 out to Chicago! Took 4 days to get there, should be getting it back on Friday! Check it out, the guy who does it is good I heard, and remains in contact with you. Also got the Neon light mod . Otherwise good luck!
