What will happen is that PAL games will display properly in colour PROVIDED THAT your TV is capable of handling a frame rate of 50Hz. That is not a certainty in all US TVs.

So if I don't play pal game at all, can I not install these wires. If I am installing these wires, do I just short the color fix and V3.3 point?
