I'm not sure but i don't think they allow piracy talk on these boards, but i can help you with the pal problem .. goto www.megagames.com/ps2 and goto utilities and find the pal ntsc converter that will work both ways ntsc - pal and pal - ntsc. then just use that and it will patch the iso or bin
