You can't have twice the same file in the same directory !!!
How would you make the difference ??? YOur custom music might f*** up your game : you must use exactly the same bitrate as the orignal music. Be sure you checked that ! And, yes, I wasted more than 100 CD. I still have about 50 non working CD I keep for comparision and tests.
