And if DJ3 still doesn't work try CloneCD with the following parameters... (it worked for me when I had that kind of problem with DJ):

.--Read Tab (everything disabled except)
+Read SubChannel & Audio ENABLED
+Fast Error Skip ENABLED

.--Write Tab
+Everything DISABLED
+RAW DAO (choosen)
+MAX (choosen)

.--Global Tab
+File Buffer Size = 4.78 (very important)
