Custom editing DC Games

Looked at the dev kit .

But there are different builds and later releases i cant be sure of which i was poking it but it sure didnt look new ..

Id kill to play Chakan The forever man (Dreamcast version) .

Need a decent game to take my time .

2d Fighters are cool but not when you have no one to test your skills against .

I need a cable so i can test games with . i want to get into programming . i know the coders(cable) lets me upload to the dreamcast but at crap slow speeds . . and i hear its possible with a bba . anyone able to give me any info . id sure appreciate it

Oh and does anyone know of any sites with translated raw files - for overwriting over normal dc files - so i can play Blue Submarine in english .

ive seen the Translating tut around but that thing is next to useless as none of the translation engines are worth anything
