Dreamcast Backup Question

Ok, I need some help. I waisted about 10 cd-r's tring to copy a Dreamcast game, and it is not working. So I am turning to you guy, the pros of all pros. I need to make a backup copy of a Dreamcast game that you can buy at your local Walmart. So if someone can help me I would really appreciate it. Thanks for your time.
