Hmmmm......
Not exactly sure where you are from, BUT if your in the US and have the NTSC versions of these two games, they are both CD games...... On MOST PS2's....... CD games are louder (when loading & playing) than dvd-r games...... You can make them run quieter by using HIGH END media burned at a slower speed....(and even this will not be 100%)
