IMHO use CloneCD with ClonyXL (protection detector which passes the right settings over to clonecd).
BUT, this will only be as good as your burner. A burner capable of DAO (disc-at-once) in RAW (i.e. unchanged data) mode will do most things. Check out www.elaborate-bytes.com for a list of compatible burners.
