Firstly, CloneCD site doesn't list a 8432 Lite-on burner so can't be sure if it truly is supported in RAW DAO mode.

Secondly, Call to Power is Safedisc2 so won't copy easily without a burner which does correct EFM encoding of regular bit patterns.

So, since no Lite-on burner does this, it is unlikely that you'll get a good copy.
The best thing to do is patch the game.exe or use Playbackup/Insektors
