clonecd says your writer works in fact quite a few ricohs work but some need firmware updates
this could be your problem. ##### out http://.elby.de/clonecd/english/hardware.htm for info on drive firmware & which version of clonecd to use there is a program called clony which identifys the protection your up agaist and passes the required settings to clonecd for u hope this helps mate
