Using the Razor fixed .exe fine here.
AFA the crashes, the new NHL 2003 frontend uses IE6(HTML) pages. The crashes have been traced to a setting in Internet Options. Go to "View\Encoding" and make sure "Auto-Select" is NOT checked. In mine it's on "Western European (Windows)" and the game runs fine. This ss a known "bug" in the game and the solution has been posted on many of the NHL "fan-site". Hope this helps, Mike G
