Which cd burning program is the best

Depends on what you want to use it for.

MUSIC: Nero or Easy CD Creatore
PC: CloneCD or Nero or Easy CD Creator
PLAYSTATION: CloneCD or CDRWin
HARD DISK IMAGE: NERO or CDRWin

I use Neor, CloneCD and CDRWin - all properly licensed, of course.
