CloneCD... Upgrade...

Does anyone have the upgrade of this. I have the 4.0.0.1 version. Is it worth upgrading? I have been able to copy everything I though at it with the default settings on the game profile.
Does the region killer for the version 4. will it work on the new version?
Let me know what you think?
