- don't use Easy CD Creator
- don't replace original exe's on a backup cd by cracked files. lots of game patches check whether the file to patch is original.
create a directory 'crack' instead and put the cracked file there. after installation from your backup, you just have to move the cracked exe to your game directory, overwriting the original one.
