GTA3 missing DLL file

mss32.dll belongs to 'Miles Sound System' (-> so nothing from M$)

Several games (eg. Half-Life/Counter-Strike, C&C Renegade, MOH:AA) use this instead of DirectSound.

If you have one of this games then try copying this file to your gta3-directory.
