So that means i have to have the original ISO.. (bin, cdi etc?) Can't i create my own ISO.. using Discjuggler or CDRwin.. then apply the patch.? With CDRWIN.. how do u copy or extract DC (bootable games with multisession)??? it always says that it does not support it?? Other programs like Nero and DiscJuggler works... but i really want to use CDRWIN.. so i can apply the patch.. coz the patches seems to want BIN files. pls help  and thanks in advance.
