Let me sum up : you've got an image (which format ?), you patched it and then used CDIRip ?

If you've got an image, and want to patch it, just patch it and reburn it. No need for CDIRip.

If it's a non selfboot image and you want a selfboot CD, patch it, use CDMage to extract all your files and follow Echlon's tutorial. Once again, no need for CDIRip.

Tell me what you want to do. I'm not sure I understood...
