No idea.
I'm not sure CloneCD manages multi sessions well. If you've got non selfboot games, you can copy them using whatever you want (Nero, DiscJuggler, CloneCD, EasyCDCreator, ...). If they're selfboot, you surely can use DiscJuggler. I think the latest version of Nero can do it also. Maybe CloneCD too. Anyway, try and you'll see ! Do you care about wasting 1 CD ?!?
