BTW: What are you trying to do? If you want to replace a file you must first make sure all data files are in the same directory (including the data1.hdr file!). Use this command: "i6comp l data1.cab *.*" to view all files the cab contains. If you want to replace a file you should use this command: "i6comp r data1.cab filetoreplace newfile". Copy the newfile into the cab directory (with the same filename of the file you want to replace) to avoid problems. So if you want to replace e. g. "game.exe" type "i6comp r data1.cab game.exe game.exe". i6comp will search the right data cab number and will replace the old file with the new file. Is it so hard to use simple dos commands with arguments? Greetings and End_Of_HowToUse_icomp, DarkSoul
