how do i make all songs the same volume in mp3 format

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am trying to make up an mp3 disk using Nero to play on my MP3/CD player. But how do i make all songs the same volume in mp3 format. If i was going to make a normal CD this would not be a problem as Nero does all that for u. please can some one HELP. [
