Well I installed a cap, but did not help. So I unsoldered pin 1 on the chip to prevent using the chip, still nothing. You said I could try adjust the laser, you mean the dvd laser? If so how much should I adjust it? Do I try turning it right or left a bit? Do you know what a safe measurment for ohm reading on the dvd pot? Craig
