Hi,
If its a silver disc then its a DVD ROM. If its a blue disc is a CDR disc. Im almost certain that the original ICO is on DVD and i think your last post has confirmed this. Your have to burn this to a DVDr unless you rip out the bits you want and wack it to a CDR like i have. There must be a RIP tutorial on this game somewhere. I have the DVD RIP of this game and it fits snug on a 80min CDR. If your going to add patches to your backups i would suggest using CDRWIN to crate the BIN files and PPF-O-MATIC to apply the patches.
