For copy all the dvd on your hard drive use CladDVD (you can remove macrovision, multiangle and region code)
For Mpeg to divx use FlaskMpeg with sound encoded in wave format and image in divx low motion At lat, use virtualdob for encoding sound in mp3 format. I use it and never have problems with it. For more explication, use my e-mail
