As your burners aren't capable of correct EFM c####g, the onl chence of a perfect 1:1 copy is by using the Amplify Weak Sectors in Clone CD. (When reading to an image file select Fast Error Skip - and read the image file from the burner).
BTW - The Amplify Weak Sectors does the same thing as Betablocker. If this doesn't work (it doesn't work all the time), then your only option would be to download a 'fixed exe' from GameCopyWorld or make it yourself with Unsafedisk.
