Flashpoint is protected by SafeDisc 2, something that you writer or writer software may not be able to handle.
To combat this use a no cd from GCW, or use Clone Cd (if it is compatable with your writer) to make a copy of Flashpoint if it can handle SafeDisc 2 that is. This freezing thing happens coz the the program knows it is not the original so just doesnt do anything.
