The .cue is basically a text file that the burnet program uses to see what's in the bin files, format, how big, what order to beurn it in..blah blah.
You don't really need a .cue If you use EzyCDcreator 5. You could even use BIN to ISO CONVERTER and then use WinISO you extract it. Whatever is your preference I suppose.
