How do I make a backup copy of Septerra core?

Hi there,

I recently attempted to backup my copy of septerra core using CloneCD with the settings specified by GameCopyWorld. The first time I guessed that there had been some error in the process even though I read/write my disk images with a Sony CRX160E CD-RW drive. I would like to know if there is another program or method I should be using to make a backup of Septerra Core that will install.
