As I understand it, ISArcEx knows which files were actually extracted, but Inno Setup itself does not receive this information. Because of that, when removing the extracted files, we have to delete the contents of the directories as a whole, and this can also remove files that were already there before the installation.

Would it be possible to add something like a log/list of the files that were actually extracted? For example, ISArcEx could write the paths of all successfully extracted files to a log, or provide a function that allows retrieving this list.

I don't really know how to organize the removal of only the files that were extracted by that particular installation, but I guess having such a list would be the first step toward solving this.
