yes bcm do not work to compress webm itself ...
it's not made for that But if you try this : -srep -srep+bcm -srep+razor -srep-LZMA-MT -srep+xz -srep+bzip3 most of the time it's bcm win. in most of case I use srep+bcm or srep+bzip3 or srep+LZMA for compress avi/webm new bk2 or incompressible data it's not a very huge gain like 98 to 96% but it's better than nothing...
