What is the exact error message?

I tried with

Code:

xtool:mue3+srep+LZMA-MT

because :dd3 option gave an error here. It worked.

Also do not use bink plugin here because the bink files from this game are currently not compressable with the bink plugin (see file header).

Just make two archives:
Data1: *.tfc|*.upk|*.war
Data2: all other files
