Red Alert 2 PAIN (install prob)

Okay i copied Red Alert 2 just doin a plain dump to hard drive in explorer then burning. (I know this is not the way to do it but it wasn't my computer and didn't have software installed).

My problem is my originals are %*@ed and i can't install of my backups cause it gives me errors when installing the game. It says can't find destination file or something like that. I click resume but it doesnt ever finish.
this is the first game i have come across to have protection in the setup.exe

Anyway i have tried all the cracks on gamecopyworld without success.

Can someone tell me how to install it or tell me the files that have to be in the game directory and send me a registry dump so i can do it myself.

Any help is appreciated. and remeber i can't copy better backups cause my originals are stuffed.
