put it in PMT.ini

Encode = packetx64.exe a -v -r -mx -b512 -h4 packedfile.pct datafile
Decode = packetx64.exe x -v datafile packedfile.pct
Infile = datafile
Outfile = packedfile.pct

in arc.ini
