Need Help please!

when Using these Mask methods :
xZSTD+srep:m3f+lolz:dtb1:d192m:mtt1:mt6:mc1023
or
xZSTD+srep:m3f+4x4:b128mb:lzma:ultra:64m:bt4:fb273 :lc8:mc1000000
or
zstdrec+srep:m3f+lolz:dtb1:d192m:mtt1:mt6:mc1023
or
zstdrec+srep:m3f+4x4:b128mb:lzma:ultra:64m:bt4:fb2 73:lc8:mc1000000

got this error message , :

An error occured while unpacking ; Does not match checksum!
Unarc.dll returned an error: -12
ERROR : file C:\Star Wars - Battlefront II\Patch\Win32\installation\frontend\cas_09.cas failed CRC check

Note that using "zstdrec" result a better compression (11DVD's)!
