DATEL contact number???

[Fallen]

Up until Xmas I thought my MegaMemory 16 was the bees knees. But.......... alas the newer games like Crash Bandicoot and Burnout refuse to recognise the Memory Card's existance! I know "Koi" got his/hers exchanged after phoning DATEL - but all I get is an engaged tone 24/7.
I live in UK, can anyone help with a better phone number??? (Or solution?)
