Why are you using Nero when there are 3 far superior programs available? Try (in order) CloneCd (my personal favorite), Fireburner or CDRwin. The most important aspect however is good hardware. You must have (for a perfect 1:1 copy) a CD recorder that is capable of reading subchannel data. If you are unsure you can check out www.elaborate-bytes.com and look for the section on hardware and see if your recorder is on the list...if it isn't it will be much more difficult for you...not impossible...but more difficult. 8)
