Already have the Region X and have been watching DVD Movies. That is no problem. Although I didn't realize it wouldn't play PAL movies, but knowing of the different formats this makes sense to me.

?????The swap sounds pretty simple and I can handle that.
I just put in the Region X, turn on the system, pick an area (any region area code right? I mean it doesn't matter which region number I choose...right?), and then pop in the game. And Wa-La! Presto Chango!!! ??????

Since Origa said it would work on the 35000 I'll put the 1.2 in and see if I get any problems or not. I'll let everyone know how it works once I get someone to install it. It should be soon.

I'd do it myself, but I haven't soldered any electronic components since I was 15 and I've never worked with this fine of a board before...am too afraid I'll burn the chips out.
