Well, I guess I can't wait to give it to y'all right now.
I got out from bed to upload this.
Time here is 2:18AM,

UltraARC v2.4 Update available

Changes

Automatic uninstaller file skip removed, causes important files to be skipped too.
Exclusion option added. For uninstaller files just do this add unins000.dat;unins000.exe

Note: base files are needed for the update. See Post #1
