Extreme Black Box compression - how ?

Welcome my friends!

Currently working on a repack of Far Cry 4.
I noticed that the Black Box released his repack of this game, which is 12.4GB. My question is: how the hell is it possible?

The game normally takes about 25GB after removing unnecessary language (other than English). I spend almost a third day on this game and I was able to pack it to the size of about 18GB. Game files are not susceptible to PRECOMP, so I use compression SREP + lzma.

Can someone explain to me how they were able to get such a small size?
