Major problem burning PS2 games !

Hi there. First of all I´m from Finland so my english sucks...

Anyhow,I have PS2 with Neo4 chip just installed and 6 games downloaded from edonkey. All the games are in edonkeypack.zip files including no cue, bin or iso file, just those 001 whatever files. I have unzipped (ofcourse) zipped files and tried to burn the files to cdr with CDRWIN 4.0 (w/ 1x writing speed limited) and Fireburner. Also tried to make a cue and bin files w/ CDRWIN but with no results. Some times my PS2 recognizes burned cdr as PS1 disk (in browsing mode) and when I click the cd image it bounches back with 5 secs to browsing screen. That´s the best result I´ve had.

For instant I had Formula 2000 (old psx game) made bin and cue straight from cd and burned it, it worked right away.

I Think that I´ve tried everything (lost over 35 cdrs). Would there be anyone WHO COULD HELP ME ON THIS.

-I don´t have DVD player in my PC
-Do I need some special cdr roms ?

All the games I have are in edonkeypack.zip format. So it would be natural to unzip the game and burn them to cdr and after that it
should work, right ?
