Old Modchip "AutoKey3"

OK

I just came across an old Auto Key 3 V5+V6

I cant seem to find an install diagram for the 3 small wires!!???

This is the only forum I came across that had anything even close to maybe knowing where I could find an install diagram...

Please help? I added an image below, maybe this key is actually called something other than auto key 3 and the makers did name it when it was born...I hope
