NFS: Shift 2 Unleashed [1.02] - crack?

I've searched some sites for no-cd with no results. 1.00 and 1.01 were cracked easily and the protection system is still solidshield so I think there'd be no problem with cracking new, 1.02 version of game (with DLC).
[ps. 1.02 game runs with crack 1.01 but all content from 1.02 and DLC is missing]
