FALLOUT 3 GOTY multilanguage version

Hi,i have question,when will be a FALLOUT 3 Game of the year no cd patch, because without it i cannot play gameon linux, because wine cannot run gamec with cd protection...
i try fallout 3 multi no DVD,but it not works...

please answer me
